For example, utilizing short, structured, daily stand-up meetings can be helpful for keeping project members up to date. Additionally, periodic demo meetings are beneficial for serving as status reports to demonstrate where the development project currently stands (Thomas, 2021). It is also a good practice to have open and centralized systems, such as information storage drives, a notification center, or work tracking software. This way, meetings can be short, but valuable by covering essential information, but more detailed documentation can be found elsewhere by project members if needed (Turnbull, 2018). Further, the communication plan should include meeting frameworks establishing unique durations, content, and structures, as well as, assigning communication responsibilities to members. This way managers, leaders, and other team members can be held accountable for both poor and good communication. Lastly, it may be helpful to assess and define communication channels, with an effort to consolidate channels to increase efficiency, promote effective
