In too many cases everybody knows that working on a project would have to get to a point where we are obligated to modify certain criteria in the project and work with risks especially when those risks are unexpected which they cause delay in the project and they would replicate negatively on the quality and deliverable method. For members on your team you will need to give feedback to modify certain things which then gets approved from other team members, the modify certain parts of my project responsibility which made me work harder to meet the dead line of submission to the team leader, but the unexpected events had levitated with some aspect of the project and multiple team member had to work in resolving those issues for successful results.
