• What was the most important, relevant thing you learned from taking the course? The most important thing I think I can take from this course is me now knowing how to actually not just iniciate a change but also knowing what steps are needed for that change and how to execute it to the best of its ability. Before beginning I knew how to lead but I did not know what it meant to lead or how I could make myself a better leader but this course showed me how to be a batter leader and be able to get things done from many different aspects. • What are some ways you can apply what you’ve learned? I don’t have to apply what I learned just for jobs you can also use it in real life when it comes to some changes. But keeping it on topic I can apply what I learned to many things like how to keep employees and customers more happy through transitions and one of the biggests keys for that is simple frequent communication. I also learned how to organize and orchestrate a change in a big organization. • What’s one thing the course inspired you to do differently moving forward? Moving forward this course inspired me to take my time when it comes to leading or being apart of a change and just try to adapt to the best of my ability. Use my skills and work hard when doing that its not a guarantee you will be kept during the transitions but you will not go unnoticed. • How does what you learned fit in with what you already know?
