Assessment – The patient is experiencing many hallmark symptoms of menopause. Given the subjective and objective findings from above and the patient’s age menopause is the diagnosis for patient. Plan – Diagnostic tests: in addition to prior labs LFTs, Lipid profile – all recommended prior to starting hormonal therapies (Lee et al., 2020). Medications: Bijuva (estradiol/progesterone) 0.5mg/100mg 1 capsule by mouth every night dispense 30 capsules (Lee et al., 2020) Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 800 units by mouth daily OTC Continue OTC multivitamin Suggested consults/referrals: Gynecology Client
