Many DNP scholars agree that being involved in quality improvement, translation of research, and evidence-based practice provides this growth (Kesten et al., 2022). As a future nurse leader, I would like to carry this level of inquiry into the practice setting and share it with my nursing peers. Providing roles such as a nursing inquiry coordinator/clinical nurse allows staff to utilize resources and develop their inquiry through peer nursing support (Whalen et al., 2020).
