Business Communication is the process in which various rules and policies of a organization must be communicated to people working in an organization and with the outsiders who are the part of external environment of the business organization. Another very important factor which acts as a barrier in communication is when the people in the organization speaks different languages or have different accents which are not understandable by the other people easily. Thus, language can be a barrier in communication as well. * Lack of focus: When the person involved in the communication process does not pay attention to the other people when he is speaking it will lead to loss of information and the communication would not be effective. To become a good team member in the IT industry a person must be aware of feelings and thinking of his team members. He should talk with his team mates and observe about their nature and want they want in the organization. An IT professional must connect with his team members and inspire them to ensure they work efficiently and with dignity. POST 2 What are the critical success factors for a project manager?
