Prac琀椀cum Strategies for Clinical Reinforcement In the practicum setting, the following strategies will be used to strengthen clinical competencies in the identified domains: 1. Active Observation and Inquiry During Medication Management I will observe medication management practices and seek to understand the rationale for drug selection, dosing strategies, and monitoring protocols. Discussions with my preceptor will offer real-world context for pharmacologic decision-making (Stahl, 2021). 2.
