I wondered what it would be like talking classes entirely online with no in-person sessions. Having had in person courses collage experience. I knew this would be different and take some adjusting to and one day when I discussed with my colleges related to this My collages share some experience and what they felt was importance as academic support during their online classes and this way when I did some research related to that I found that essential support were interactions with other collages in their courses and with the instruct through class discussion board in necessary. I also think that having other support will be just as important, so I will review who my main support will be while. I am in NP program and why they are necessary. Specially one day she explained to me regarding importance of continuing education. She gave me a depth explanation related to alternative options in nursing after bachelor and master. As well as she gave me a knowledge related to pros and cons of various programs. When I decided to do my post master in psychiatric and I share with her. But that time also I was confused because I had a stress related to my Schedule of work and time management. And she taught me how can I balance My work and my study.
